Every ZORK Academy course is live and online. You join a batch with a start and end date and attend scheduled classes with an instructor, including regular doubt-clearing sessions. Between classes you work on exercises, assignments and a final project, and your instructor gives feedback. There are no self-paced or recorded-only enrolments.

Where the academy has permission to record a class, the recording may be shared with the batch as revision material. Recordings never replace the live classes: attendance at live classes counts towards the certificate.

Tell your instructor in advance where you can, catch up using the class notes and any permitted recording, and bring questions to the next doubt-clearing session. Missed classes count against attendance, so check the minimum attendance shown on the course page.

It depends on the course. Every course page lists its prerequisites and level. Courses marked Beginner assume no prior experience in that subject. If you are unsure, the Start in tech learning path is a good first step.

Yes. Courses are organised around practical exercises and at least one project you can keep. Project briefs shown on this website are labelled as examples of the kind of work you do; they are not student work.

Not yet. Student accounts and the learning platform are being built. Course pages already show the full outline so you can plan; if you would like to be told when enrolment opens, send us a message through the contact page.

Yes. ZORK Academy is for learners aged 18 and over. When registration opens you will be asked to confirm this.

No. One ZORK Academy account will work across the website, your account area and the learning platform.

Each course page shows its fee once it is announced. Where a fee has not been announced yet, the page says so rather than showing an estimate. Fees are paid once per course in Indian rupees.

Paid courses will be bought as a one-time purchase in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. ZORK Academy never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank credentials. Online payments are not open yet.

The refund and cancellation terms are being finalised and reviewed before any paid course goes on sale. The current draft is on the refund policy page. The terms that apply to you will be the version shown when you buy.

Every course offers a ZORK Academy course completion certificate once you meet its published requirements. The proposed standard is at least 80% attendance at live classes, all required assignments submitted, required projects passed and at least 60% in the final assessment; each course page shows its own rules. Paying for a course does not by itself earn a certificate. Each certificate has a unique ID that anyone can verify online. It is not a university degree or a government-recognised qualification.

No. We teach practical skills, help you build a portfolio and prepare for interviews, but we do not promise jobs, placements or salaries. Be cautious of anyone who does.
