Using this website

You may browse the website and use the contact form without an account. Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, or send unlawful or abusive content.

Eligibility

ZORK Academy accounts will be available to people aged 18 and over.

Courses and content

Course pages describe each course's level, format, prerequisites and outline. We may update course content to keep it accurate; the outline shown when you enrol describes what you are buying. Course materials are for your personal learning and may not be redistributed.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Paid courses will be sold as one-time purchases through Razorpay. The page shows whether taxes are included before you pay. Online payments are not open yet.

Refunds

Refunds will be governed by the refund and cancellation policy in force when you buy.

Careers

We teach skills and help you prepare for work. We do not guarantee employment, placements, interviews or salaries.

Complaints

Complaints are handled as described under Grievances in the privacy policy, which names our grievance officer and how to reach them.

Changes and contact

We will post changes to these terms on this page with a new version number. Questions can be sent through the contact form. Governing law and jurisdiction will be stated here after legal review.
