Refund and cancellation policy

Current status

No paid courses are on sale yet, so no payments are being taken. The refund and cancellation terms are being finalised and will be published here, reviewed and dated, before the first paid course goes on sale.

What the final policy will cover

• Whether, and within what period, a purchase can be cancelled for a refund.
• What happens if you cancel before a batch starts, after it starts, or move to a later batch.
• Whether partial refunds apply and how access to the course changes after a refund.
• How long a refund takes to reach your original payment method.
• How to request a refund and how you will be kept informed.

We will not promise refunds we cannot honour, and the version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
